Michael Culver, CCTM – Director of Operations
Michael Culver serves as the Director of Operations for MMP. With over 36 years of transportation-related experience, Mike has a comprehensive and well-rounded operations and project management background having previously held positions as the Director of Public Works and Transportation Manager for the City of Ojai in Ventura County, Transportation & Safety Manager for the Torrance Unified School District, Senior Planner for R&D Transportation Services, Special Education Transportation Scheduler for the L.A. County Office of Education, and as a Driver, Dispatcher, and Field Supervisor for the Pasadena Unified School District. Mr. Culver holds a degree in business management, is recognized by the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) as a Certified Community Transportation Manager (CCTM), and holds professional certificates in Project Management from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and in Transit and ParaTransit Management from the Eberhardt School of Business, University of The Pacific.
Patricia Avila – Mobility Programs Manager
Patricia “Tricia” Avila represents Mobility Management Partners as the Mobility Programs Manager, overseeing the company’s ADA Eligibility and Mobility Training programs, as well as various other grant-funded projects. Tricia graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and offers 15 years experience in the health promotion and fitness industry. As a competing college gymnast, and with great interest in the inclusion of people with disabilities in sports, she created a mentoring program for hearing impaired students who had an interest in learning gymnastics. Tricia has designed and implemented adapted exercise programs, for seniors with limited strength and mobility, to increase the overall quality of life through the development of greater balance and core strength through modified exercises. She currently holds certifications as a Specialist in Performance Nutrition and Personal Training.
Leticia Gutierrez – Customer Services Supervisor
Leticia “Letty” Gutierrez serves as MMP’s Customer Service Supervisor. In this capacity, Letty oversees MMP’s Mobility Call Center and provides administrative support for various projects. She has also served as the lead travel trainer for the Ventura County area, providing both individualized and group training, as well as providing community outreach through various events and committee meetings. Letty began her career with MMP as a customer service agent, providing phone support and problem solving for various transportation systems throughout the state.
Brenda Craig – Mobility Coordination Supervisor
Brenda Craig provides supervisory support to MMP’s team of Mobility Coordinators who provide coordination support to each of MMP’s various projects. Brenda has an extensive background in managing and supervising services for non-profit agencies, and has also provided direct coordination support for MMP’s ADA Eligibility Program in Ventura County for several years, adding many innovative improvements to the overall process that have greatly reduced the time needed to process ADA applications.
Monica Marroquin – Mobility Training Supervisor
Monica Marroquin is MMP’s Mobility Training Supervisor, providing supervision to our team of Transportation Mobility Specialists. This team provides individual travel instruction, group workshops, mobility device marking and strapping, and community outreach services for all of MMP’s projects. Monica has extensive experience in these field-based functions, having served as both an instructor and lead instructor for MMP’s Access Services Travel Training program. Monica has been instrumental over the years in developing MMP’s community outreach and group workshop curricula, as well as in developing and refining MMP’s individual travel training model.
