Mike Culver – Director of Operations
Michael Culver (aka “Mike”) serves as the Director of Operations for MMP. Prior to joining MMP, Mr. Culver served as Director of Public Works for the City of Ojai in Ventura County. With over 30 years of transportation-related experience, Mike has a comprehensive operations and project management background having previously held important positions as Transportation & Safety Manager for the Torrance Unified School District, Senior Planner for R&D Transportation, Scheduler for the L.A. County Office of Education, and as a Driver, Dispatcher, and Field Supervisor for the Pasadena Unified School District. Mr. Culver holds a degree in business management, a certificate in Project Management from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a certificate in Transit and ParaTransit Management from the Eberhardt School of Business, University of The Pacific.

Patricia Avila – Mobility Programs Manager

Patricia “Tricia” Avila represents Mobility Management Partners as the Mobility Programs Manager, overseeing the company’s ADA Eligibility and Mobility Training programs in Ventura County, as well as the JARC Project in the San Fernando Valley. Tricia also performs all of the ADA Eligibility interviews and assessment in Ventura County for applicants to that program.Tricia graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and offers 15 years experience in the health promotion and fitness industry. As a competing college gymnast, and with great interest in the inclusion of people with disabilities in sports, Ms. Avila created a mentoring program for hearing impaired students who had an interest in learning gymnastics. Ms. Avila has designed and implemented adapted exercise programs, for seniors with limited strength and mobility, to increase the overall quality of life through the development of greater balance and core strength through modified exercises. Ms. Avila currently holds certifications as a Specialist in Performance Nutrition and Personal Training.

Amber Diaz – Mobility Coordinator (LA County)
Ms. Amber Diaz is the Mobility Coordinator for MMP’s Los Angeles County projects. In this capacity, Amber provides administrative support for all aspects of the JARC Project in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Diaz served as the ADA Eligilibility Coordinator, and as a Travel Trainer for Ventura County, a rewarding position that allowed her the opportunity to provide individualized training to adults with physical disabilities in the situational environment of public transit systems. Amber’s enthusiasm in helping people to improve their mobility, combined with her comprehensive understanding of fixed-route systems in the county, makes Amber a great resource for this project. Ms. Diaz is actively pursuing her Bachelors in Science degree in Psychology with a discipline in cognitive science. Ms. Diaz enjoys participating in community venues to raise awareness and funding for programs that assist people with developmental disabilities.

Leticia Gutierrez – Mobility Coordinator (Ventura County)

Leticia “Letty” Gutierrez serves as MMP’s Mobility Coordinator for the Ventura County projects. In this capacity, Ms. Gutierrez provides administrative support for all of the projects in this area, including the ADA Eligibility Certification Project and the New Freedoms Travel Training Project. Ms. Gutierrez was most recently the lead travel trainer for the Ventura County area, providing both individualized and group training, as well as providing community outreach through various events and committee meetings. Ms. Gutierrez has also served as a customer service agent, providing phone support and problem solving for various transportation systems throughout the state.
