Do you need a ride?

We may be able to help. If you fit one of the following criteria:

And… if you are in need of transportation assistance to get to or from one of the following job-related activities:

  • Job Search or Training – needing transportation to or from an employment center, a vocational or trade school, the EDD office, the library to use the internet for job applications, etc.

  • Currently Employed – seeking transportation resources to got you to and from your job location.

  • Volunteering – seeking transportation to and from the location you are volunteering at.

  • Day Care – seeking transportation to or from a day care facility for your children while you are working or looking for work.

If you fit the criteria listed above, we can help! The Job Access Reverse Commute (JARC) program was set up by the federal government to assist people like you in returning to work. Starting the process is simple, just fill out an application and we will do the rest. We will evaluate your information and contact you with the best solution to your transportation needs. You may even be eligible for travel training services where someone comes out and rides the bus with you until you are comfortable on your own!
